Job Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll have a blast working on a range of tasks, including general data entry, admin support, and coordinating marketing events and promotions - all while working from the comfort of your own home! You'll assist in managing Clickup tasks, generating sellout reports and invoices, and creating landing pages for our websites. The ideal candidate is highly organised, ace at data entry, and knows their marketing onions, including campaigns and KPIs. And of course, having top-notch verbal and written English skills is essential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Smash out data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Lend a hand with admin tasks, including generating sellout reports and invoices.
- Manage Clickup tasks for marketing events and promotions like a pro.
- Coordinate and organise marketing events and promotions, making sure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Help upload banners and create landing pages for our websites.
- Support other marketing team members as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, marketing campaigns, and KPIs to provide top-notch marketing support.
- Work with cross-functional teams to make sure our marketing strategy is cohesive.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in data entry and marketing support.
- A dab hand at data entry and using data entry software.
- Experience with Clickup or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Know your way around graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Cloud) and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Google AdWords/FB Campaigns) - it's a big advantage!
- Brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Self-motivated and happy to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, campaigns, and KPIs with a keen interest in the field.
