Job Summary
The primary function of this position is to provide service to English restaurant owners, with bilingual fluency in reading, writing and speaking. The position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to and including income customer service calls and tickets and outbound calls when necessary.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls and outbound calls when necessary and account or application related interactions.
- Respond to restaurant owner’s questions, problems, and requests regarding the application.
- Educate restaurant owners about Grub Hub.
- Access to the restaurant’s accounts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for printers and tablets.
- Give credits to restaurants regarding order issues.
