Your role

We’re looking for someone that can:

  • support IT Services & Products for the Wealth Management Front-Office and the Business Solutions Hub in Doha/Qatar
  • uphold high standards coordinating IT issues to timely resolution
  • explore and define workarounds for errors, oversee remedial steps, and initiate process improvements from the location
  • familiarize yourself with the relevant internal processes and risk metrics, meeting deadlines and ensuring applicable policies are followed appropriately
  • collaborate within the region across multiple teams, build and maintain a wide network

Your team

You’ll be working in one of the divisions in Group Technology, Chief Digital Information Office in Doha, Qatar. The team provides support to the WM front office business and Group Functions, by ensuring the quality and stability of the Information Technology desktop environment. Your expertise

  • ideally 2-3 years of experience in End User Support
  • service operation, Windows 10 and Office 365, iPhone / iPad / Android / Windows devices
  • troubleshooting Microsoft Operating systems on both Physical Hardware or Virtualized environments (persistent and non-persistent VDI)
  • basic network equipment and routing / networking knowledge, agile Delivery and Framework involvement
  • incident and problem management, and managing escalations
  • hardware support. Break fix, installations, and coordination of moves and changes. Coordination of all local application, product and service management activities
  • IT project assistance, BCM maintenance and support
