工作职责
Partner with Plant Operation team to establish standard product costing (including project cost estimation) and provide timely insights of costing variances;

Drive operation and Finance team to fully comply with Assa Abloy Accounting policy and ERP utilization requirements;
推动运营和财务团队完全遵守Assa Abloy集团会计政策和ERP使用要求;
Develop and implement budgeting and financial reporting systems to provide timely and relevant plant financials;
开发和实施预算和财务报告系统,以提供及时和相关的工厂财务信息;
Improve monthly closing process to assist the Operations leaders in monitoring operation monthly and drive improvement action plan;
改进每月结帐流程,以协助运营负责人每月监控运营并制定改进行动计划;
Responsible for monthly bridges, walks and reconciliations as needed in order to explain major divers in the financial results to improve the business performance and efficiency;

Support business review presentations, in-depth analysis of (1) Direct Material, (2) Direct Labor, (3) Variable Production cost, (4) production cost saving and productivity, (5) operation variance and key drivers of the variance as well as recommendation to improve plant performance;

Partner with the Plant Manager in identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives as well as executing the planned cost control actions;

Manages the deployment of cost saving and other programs to improve operating performance. Monitors and provides opportunities to support continuously improving Plant Productivity;

Ensure adequate costing and accounting process in place, including standard cost updates, physical inventory verification, periodic cycle counts, CIP and FA physical count, detect risky control deficiencies;

Work closely with the purchasing team in vendor management, to balance sourcing risk and opportunity;

Ensures plant quality policy and ERP program are thoroughly implemented in the finance function;

Evaluate plant capital requisition request supported by the in-depth analysis of the expected productivity, operation efficiency and saving. Monitor and report purchase commitments and spending for all capital programs. Conduct follow-up audits to ensure compliance for all significant capital investments;

Conduct regular Balance Sheet reviews and reconciliations with the individual entities within China as needed;

Cultivate strong working relationships within APAC operation and Finance teams;

REQUIREMENTS
岗位要求
10+ years of experience with multi-national company in the capacity of financial planning and analysis supporting a sales and/or marketing organization and/or manufacture environment

CA or CPA preferred

Professional experience - familiarity with IFRS and local accounting/tax obligations
