We are searching for a new colleague to our international Integrated Care Solutions Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building a culture of collaboration within Baxter.
- Integration of individual Baxter businesses and developing the potential of synergy between them.
- Leading the customer segmentation process based on deep analysis of specific parameters for each BU
- Identifying business opportunities based on data and market knowledge.
- Cooperative developing with the team’s strategy for top customers.
- Identifying potential business development opportunities, present proposals and implement actions which enable synergy between Baxter businesses
- Making field visits, double visits, product presentations and participating in seminars, customer training and establishing strong relationships with key decision makers and committees.
- Analyzing the situation on the market and the sales trends of Baxter and competitors’ products.
- Cooperating on offers and bids for tenders for hospital and purchasing groups.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree preferred (Science, Commercial, Medical, …)
- Significant experience in Medical Devices or Healthcarel businesses, both in Sales, National Accounts and Bids procedures and requirements.
- Strategic and wide thinking, very high interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cooperate effectively, decision making.
- Diplomatic skills, creativity, self-driven, analytical skills.
- English on very good level, to be able communicate in international team.
