Job title:Sales Engineer, Equipment

Mission:
- To develop new customers, promote company products and solution and achieve sales revenue from assigned territory.
- Implementation annual marketing plans and activities defined by the supervisors.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of gas generation and purification and relevant equipment (including air compressors, refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, nitrogen generators, oxygen generators, gas recovery and other gas equipment) in overseas markets and some foreign customers (designated by the company), and achieved the annual sales target through direct sales and dealer network.
- Collect feedback on competitors, current market, potential market and customer feedback. Conduct SWOT analysis of the market in the responsible area, Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
- Plan and organize sales activities, such as visit, demo, seminars, WTL, line energy audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
- Find, select, develop and manage distributors Build, maintain, broaden and Continue to strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors and OEM.
- Promote aftermarket genuine parts and service products sales in assigned area in cooperation with CTS sales team.
- Implement the company's financial receivables management policy and work closely with the finance team to achieve personal receivables targets.
- Use CRM/C4C and other sales process management systems to update personal leads, leads and win/lose information and call reports.
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements

- At least 2 years sales relevant experience in mechanical equipment, and experience air compressor, gas generation equipment(N2/O2) and gas purification are preferred.
Knowledge/Educational requirements
-
- College or above, majored in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent majors.
- Familiar with local customers, markets and local sales channels is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and strong team work ability.
- Good computer skill.
- Willing to travel.
