The position is aimed at young scientists, who are interested in gaining more experimental experience in the field of lipid biophysics. Specifically, 3-month research stay will be focused on the preparation of supported lipid bilayers and their characterization mainly by means of fluorescence techniques (fluorescence confocal microscopy, FCS, FRET, FRAP, circular dichroism, etc.).

The knowledge of the applicants is proven by publications, certificates, master thesis or equivalent documentation. Presentation and other skills should be demonstrated during the interview. Each applicant presents his/her master´s thesis and a scientific paper from an area unrelated to his/her specialization (chosen by the interviewers, approximately 5 minutes).
Requirements:
1. Applicants should not have been awarded a doctoral degree.
2. We look for young enthusiastic researchers with exceptional academic performance holding their master´s degree in Biophysics, Biochemistry or closely related subjects.
3. Knowledge of the English language is essential.
