Responsibilities:
・Safety Management - responsible for ensuring safety in the factory.
It is essential to corporate with maintenance personnel and equipment personnel
・Quality and process control - check for quality and process from time to time and identify problems and come up with solutions.
・Recruiting and Training - responsible for hiring and training factory workers. Creating better work environments.
・Setting targets, planning strategies and implementing - responsible for planning on how to achieve the goals and how to manage the factory.
To streamline production, cost reduction and work efficiency will be necessary.
Requirements:
・3 – 5 years of Business Management Skills
・Experience in training employees
・Good decision maker
・Excellence in communication Skills
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
