Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
Role purpose:
The ICS Cyber Security Local Coordinating Lead is responsible for the effective coordination between ICS SOC, Local IT teams, The BISO of the relevant BA, and the Enterprise SOC teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that every aspect of performance management is thoroughly documented and reported, providing regular updates on the progress of performance improvement and corrective actions.
- Manages the drafting, reviewing, completion, and QA of all required reports to ensure timely and efficient delivery to the appropriate constituencies.
- Responsible for managing spot audits of operational activity to ensure the locations are compliant with established policies and procedures.
- Oversee day to day operations, including efficient handling of cyber related incidents.
- Support the Hydro ICS SOC through creating/tuning new alerts and use-cases identified/used by ICS SOC.
- Creating and maintaining new SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in accordance with ICS SOC requirements.
- Document key event details and analytic findings and update procedures and technical analysis documentation on a regular basis.
- Provide Technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) support for the BA.
- Continuously keep the Knowledge Share repository up to date.
- Establish strong working relationships with manufacturing sites and ICS SOC to drive recommendations to improve the Cybersecurity posture.
- Communicate and maintain communication channels between central SOC and the BA technical resolver team (Plant Team) and relevant emergency centers.
- Serves as primary point of contact between the BA, internal stakeholders (E.g. plants, facilities etc.) and higher level SOC.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering, business, management or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Tertiary qualifications in information or IT security, or industry qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or the equivalent
- Strong experience in the ICS field, preferably in the cyber security area
- Experience translating technical concepts into language that is relevant to many audiences, including software engineers, business and technical leaders
- Experience in leading and coordinating in a matrix organization, with no direct reports
- 5+ years of technology experience, including troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of complex IT solutions
- 2+ years of leadership experience building consensus across IT domains
- Two or more years of experience in working in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in working with law enforcement or other relevant government agencies
- Two or more years of demonstrated experience in liaising with middle and senior management of a large commercial enterprise
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in process formulation and improvement
- Knowledge of IT end-to-end problem management and root cause analysis, which is desirable
- Proficient in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multicultural business environment
- Knowledge of legal requirements for privacy of personal information from employees and customers
