Overall responsibilities and duties:
- _ Develop the Logistics hypotheses (material flow diagram and preliminary data processing), and validate the hypothesis of Logistics costing.
定义物流假设（物料流初始信息），审核物流假设对应的报价。
- With the program team, build up logistics agreement ,define product and FG package ,delivery mode with customer ect.in program preiod.
在项目阶段与项目组共同确定供应商物流协议,定义产品包装,成品包装,交付模式等物流信息。
- Tracking the material delivery status according program prodution demand , ensure program delivery to customer on time.
在项目阶段依据生产要求跟踪物料到货状况,确保满足项目阶段的交付。
- Design transportation route for inbound&outbound,consider loading rate and control the cost within budget.
在项目阶段完成Inbound/Outbound运输路线设计，考虑装载率并控制运费在预算以内。
- Design package for BOP, WIP, FG, make them suit the demand of shopfloor.
设计物料，本成品，成品包装，满足现场需求。
- Complete logistics investment on time,include package, warehouse device etc. and control the cost within budget.
在项目阶段按时完成物流相关投资,包括成品/半成品包装，仓库设置，线边料架等，费用控制在预算以内。
- Build shopfloor pull system before SOP, ensure running smoothly in SOP phase.
在项目阶段完成物流现场拉动系统设置，包括定义拉动方式，零件放置位置及库位大小，DCP料架设置，看板准备等，保证量产时生产物流顺畅。
- Train and transfer the new program information to other people in logistics department, ensure program soomthly run in plant.
对工厂物流其他人员培训交接新项目信息,确保项目向量产物流部门的顺利实施。
- Program PC&L work package deliverables timing & quality control.
负责项目物流工作包的及时完成以及交付质量。
- MIFA & MIFD establishment.
建立初版MIFA和MIFD。
- Study and optimize the logistics costs associated with the processes
研究及优化物流成本相关的流程。
- Be familiar with the PC&L tools and method and ensure provide the plant with them.
熟悉PC&L工具和方法,负责在公司内推动该方法和工具。
- Other temporary task arranged by Line Manager.
直属经理交给的其他临时任务。
- Comply fully with the Code of Ethics and Code of Management of Faurecia.
充分遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》和《管理规范》。

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: _ _ _Bachelor Degree or above, Professional English, French is a plus _ _ _ _
Experience :
- Bachelor degree or above, over 3 years logistic experience in manufacturing environment
本科以上学历,3年制造业物流工作经验
- Good English skills, both oral and written
良好的英语口语及书面英语
- Good communication skill and aggressive working attitude
良好的沟通技巧及正面的工作态度
- Strong office soft ware, specially in excel.
熟练应用常见办公软件,尤其是EXCEL
