Your tasks
- Managing your responsible projects that are top mind for the Esprit Ecommerce Organization like reducing online returns, including a communication plan to keep stakeholders across the organization informed
- Managing through the year the preparation and readiness for the yearly review of processes with our auditor
- Doing financial planning, tracking and analysis and looking for synergies that can be gained across tools and expenses
- Providing a monthly update to stakeholders across the organization how we are tracking towards our strategic priorities, KPI’s and putting the spotlight on achievements made
- You support the teamlead Digital Operations & Projects with the planning of global visits
Your skills
- You have a degree in economics or a comparable education with a focus on e-Commerce or textile and apparel management and have already gained professional experience, desirable would be eCommerce (B2C) or fashion/lifestyle environment
- You are a project expert with a consistent track record in this space, preferably in ecommerce
- You bring expertise in leading project throughout an organization and improving how people and functions work together
- You are known for effectively communicating and on driving alignment and accountability with team members across complex and ambitious topics
- You are able to work at the same time on a longer-term plan/scope while at the same time being in the detail of bringing to life operational processes that are working effectively on a day-to-day basis
- You are known for adopting and managing change and encouraging innovation within the team
