Sales Administrator (WFH) [Philippines]


 

· Create accurate and detailed quotations for clients or partners

· Process orders via email or Sales Portal by creating Order Entries

· Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

· Contact clients and resellers to obtain missing information or answer queries

· Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

· Hit and exceed quarterly KPIs

· Liaise with the different departments to coordinate on schedules, demos, implementation, etc

· Maintain and update sales and customer records

· Encode client and partner details in the company CRM/PRM, maintaining data hygiene at all times

· Develop monthly sales reports to be presented to the team.

· Communicate important feedback from customers internally to relevant departments

· Stay up-to-date with new products and features

· Stay up-to-date with pricelist and licensing

· Ensure that all Deals from Portal are followed up, with collaboration with CS

· Provide support for other Sales Admin when they are away or out of the office

· Answer inquiries via email, call and chat with no delay

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
