We’re opening the position of UX designer to join the team to work on new and improve existing designs for our customers. They provide SAAS solutions that help companies to optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning & execution, process automation, and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across businesses. Customer value our experience, and want to extend a team to develop a new functionality.
The UX Designer/Product Designer works closely with the product management team in developing a deep understanding of the context of use and stakeholder requirements. Helps to translate a product vision and requirements into a compelling interaction design and illustrates the design in the form of wireframes. The design will be tested and iterated with input from end-users and documented in the form of implementable high-fidelity wireframes.
All candidates must provide a portfolio with examples demonstrating experience in creating UX design solutions that are based on findings from user research, UCD principles, and best practices. Examples could either be low or high-fidelity prototypes/mock-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in roadmap projects to define UX support
- Perform competitive analysis – ad hoc and company templates
- Discover user needs, goals, expectations, and context
- Perform heuristic evaluations of existing applications and report findings to cross-functional teams
- Model tasks and processes and document through the use of task workflow templates
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to design solutions
- Develop storyboards and user scenarios
- Sketch high-level solutions and create wireframes using the company templates
- Develop testable high-fidelity functional prototypes as needed for user testing
- Validate innovation ideas through Proofs of Concept
- Participate in design reviews
- Assist with and attend a wide range of user-centered research projects including usability testing, and contextual and stakeholder interviews
- Create wireframes, mockups, and low and high-fidelity prototypes that advocate industry standards, and best practices, and effectively communicate findings from user research
- Work with and communicate with offshore UX Design and Development teams in shaping and creating innovative and highly usable Design Guidelines & Design System
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of job experience in designing interactive software applications
- Proven experience with data representation
- Experience in solving problems for SaaS Platforms, Planning, and/or Warehouse users
- Bachelor or master’s degree in HCI, Industrial Design, Graphics Art, User
- Experience, Human Factors, or equal/relevant industrial experience
- Proven experience in User Interaction design
- Experience in applying design methods as needed to deliver a high-quality human-centric product experience
- Experience in using UI prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch) to create wireframes
- A passion for transforming user research into simple, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences
- Knowledge of working with Design Systems
- Understanding of web accessibility and user interface web standards with a broad knowledge of current and best practices
- English level – Upper-Intermediate and higher
