Job Title: General Labourer (Full Time)
Reports To: Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain all safety standards.
- Performs various physical labour duties as assigned.
- Handles, secures, installs, loads, or unloads materials and sheet metal
- Performs some tasks which may require on-the job training, such as spot welder and heat press
- Effectively operates and uses power hand tools
- Maintain Quality Standard of work
- Other general tasks and duties as required
Skills & Ability:
- Attentive to detail and alert, with a safety-first mind set
- Ability to read and understand safety warnings, labels, guidelines, work orders, and relevant job information
- Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Physically capable to bend, twist, kneel, and lift 40lbs on a regular basis
Education:
- High School or equivalent
